Located 4.5 miles north of Republic and 3 miles south of Curlew Lake, between Hwy 21 to the east and Klondike Rd./W. Curlew Lake Rd. to the west, Winchester RV Park provides a great home-base for all your Ferry County vacation plans. You can be in Republic or at the lake in minutes, and the Canadian border is just over 20 miles to the north.
From Spokane: On 395N, continue heading north to Deer Park, Chewelah, Colville and Kettle Falls. Once through Kettle Falls, turn left at HWY 20 toward Sherman Pass, and continue for approximately 37 miles to HWY 21 JCT. A Cenex gas station is on the corner. Turn right on HWY 21 toward Canada, drive 2.5 miles then turn left on W. Curlew Lake Rd. Go 1/2 block to Winchester RV Park on the right.
From Tacoma area: There are many routes to take, check your local mapping server for specific routes. One route is I-90 to Ephrata, through Soap Lake and Coulee City; then take the Keller Ferry route (North on Hwy 21) to Republic. At the intersection of Hwy 21 and Hwy 20 (Clark Ave./Main St.), turn left toward downtown Republic. Stay on Clark Ave. until it dead-ends at Klondike Rd. Turn right and continue on Klondike Rd. for 4.5 miles to W. Curlew Lake Rd. Turn right on W. Curlew Lake Rd., making the hairpin (180 degree) turn to stay on W. Curlew Lake Rd. Follow around to Winchester RV Park on the left.
You can also go over Snoqualmie Pass, then over Blewitt Pass towards Wenatchee. Just before downtown Wenatchee, take HWY US 2E towards US-97N. This route will take you through Brewster, Omak, and Tonasket. See directions below from Tonasket.
From Tonasket: Head east on Hwy 20 toward Republic. At the stop sign in downtown Republic, at the junction of Hwy 20 and Clark Ave. (Main St.), turn left and go 2 blocks until it dead-ends at Klondike Rd. Turn right and continue on Klondike Rd. for 4.5 miles to W. Curlew Lake Rd. Turn right on W. Curlew Lake Rd., making the hairpin (180 degree) turn to stay on W. Curlew Lake Rd. Follow around to Winchester RV Park on the left. The drive is about 3 - 3 1/2 hours from Wenatchee.
From Canada: The best crossing for a straight shot is Danville. Enter US side at Danville, go 25 miles to W. Curlew Lake Rd. and turn right. You can also cross at Laurier on HWY 395S to the HWY 20 JCT over Sherman Pass. Midway crossing will also bring you to HWY 21 off Customs Road. From HWY 21 we are about 15 miles South, 5 miles past the airport, then turn right on W. Curlew Lake R.
